THE WAY WE BUILD: During our long-standing research we have found the special method of processing the not dried squared beam into a special profile laying it on a dry dowel without any densifier. The squared beam is milled in special way, due to which, during laying it on a dowel the drying up process is going uniformly on the inside and on the outside. This method protects the timber from the process of fissuring, warping and twisting. The dowel fastens the squared beam firmly and provides the putting of boxes for door and window blocks in a process of raising the walls. We suggest to separate the building of construction from making it habitable in winter. This method will reduce the term of building process and it gives the opportunity to install the door opening of any dimensions. It helps to economize the building materials, to improve the construction inflexibility and there is no need to use the additional fastening of the beams with the dowel pins. Raising the main and partition walls, we use the beams of different width and of the same length and it helps to economize the building materials (15%-32%). In comparison to the usage of rounded timber of 200mm in diameter. The squared beam is milled and it does not need the additional processing on the inside and on the outside. The sides of the beam inside the construction can be milled in any profile.
